Ruitoo Electric Scooter Warranty Policy

Ruitoo offers a one-year warranty on all adult electric scooters and electric bikes.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and usual use of the product. If a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs, Ruitoo will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the product from an authorized Ruitoo distributor or reseller. This warranty is only valid for new products accompanied by proof of purchase.

If transportation is necessary for a warranty claim, all shipping costs are the owner's responsibility. Ruitoo Customer Service offers discounted shipping labels to its customers. During this limited warranty period, Ruitoo will repair any defective frame, part, or vehicle or, at its discretion, replace any defective frame, part, or vehicle with an available equivalent model or part. When replacing parts or vehicles under this warranty, Ruitoo reserves the right to use frames, parts, or stock with scratches, dents, or refurbished parts. Authorized Ruitoo service representatives will determine if the frame is eligible for warranty replacement.


Warranty period

Ruitoo electric scooters come with a one-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase on https://fr.ruitoo.store/ and delivery of the product.

The replacement and repair warranty ranges from 90 days to 1 year after purchase, depending on the part concerned. Please refer to the list below for details.

Products covered

Ruitoo will replace any component found to be defective or damaged (including shipping damage), unless the problem results from user misuse.

Frame

All Ruitoo electric scooter and bike frames are covered for 1 year.
⚠️ The warranty covers frame replacement only and does not include labor costs related to the transfer of parts.

The warranty does not cover:

Corrosion

Discoloration, scratches, impact marks

Impact damage

Irreversible modifications (drilling, welding, etc.)

Battery

Ruitoo batteries are covered during the product warranty period.
Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery is the original date of purchase.
⚠️ No cash compensation will be provided.

Specific exclusions:

Improper use of the charger

Broken or tampered with seals

Use on an unintended device (other than Ruitoo scooter/bike)


Warranty Claims

All complaints should be addressed by email to support@ruitoosports.com with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the damaged product.
No part will be replaced without prior review of the evidence provided by the customer.
⚠️ The installation costs of spare parts are not covered by Ruitoo.


Claims for transport damage

In rare cases, a product may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, contact support@ruitoosports.com with photo/video evidence.

Free accessories scratched during transport are not replaced or compensated.

⚠️ No claims for transport damage will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of the product.
