Get a discount on your purchase

Enter your email address and subscribe to the Ruitoo store. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your discount. Simply click the "Apply Discount" link in the email to receive a $15 discount code to use when shopping.

How to use the discount code

Order Changes

Our goal is to process orders efficiently and carefully. For in-stock electric scooters, the processing time is 3 business days . Once your order is processed, your scooter will be shipped via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL . After shipping, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with tracking information.

For all pre-order items, we will provide an estimated shipping date . You can view this under the item in your cart during checkout or in the order confirmation email. If the item arrives sooner than expected, we will process and ship it as soon as possible. Once the order is processed and the item is shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information.
