How can I make a purchase?

Browse the Ruitoo store and select the items you like, add them to your cart, and then proceed to checkout. Upon receipt of your order, we will immediately arrange shipping, and your electric scooter will be delivered to the address provided within 5 to 7 business days.

Get a discount on your purchase

How to use the discount code

Do you offer delivery throughout Europe?

We offer free delivery in France (excluding remote areas).

We registered RUITOO SRL in Italy and opened three physical stores there to provide our customers with a convenient shopping experience.

When will my order be shipped?

We are committed to processing all orders efficiently and carefully. For in-stock electric scooters, processing typically takes 3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your item has been shipped.

For pre-order items, an estimated shipping date will be provided. You can view this in your cart during checkout or in your order confirmation email. If the item becomes available sooner than expected, we will process and ship it as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking details.

How long will it take to receive my order?


We have partnered with logistics providers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS in your area to ensure delivery of your order. Depending on the distance between our warehouse and your address, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Guaranteed Shipping and Processing Times

Your warranty is our priority. Please allow up to 12 business days for processing of in-stock warranty parts. Once your order is processed, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your item has shipped.

Please note that batteries are shipped separately from other items in your order and require a signature upon delivery.
